Dr. Sylvia Gindy, PsyD, is Licensed Clinical Psychologist and a graduate of Nova Southeastern University. Her doctoral training focused on helping individuals overcome anxiety and trauma. Dr. Gindy spent her early career helping combat veterans manage their daily lives.
Now, she specializes in helping career-focused individuals manage the stress and anxieties of living and working in New York City. With over a decade of in-the-field experience, she provides evidence-based therapies and practical life strategies with a warm and supportive style. A career-driven New Yorker herself, her ability to relate to her clients translates into a natural, relaxed, and genuinely caring practice.
Dr. Gindy works with her clients hands-on to create unique treatment plans that bring them closer to the best version of themselves. Each client receives the therapy they will benefit from—and resonate with—most, culled from from her wide-ranging training in evidence-based techniques.

Tal Gershon, LMHC, is a Mental Health Counselor who received her clinical training in New York City. Tal has experience working with adolescents and adults with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, self-esteem, family conflict, and more. Tal’s hands-on experience working with families and individuals of diverse backgrounds has given her an in-depth understanding for providing nuanced clinical care.

Valerie Graf
Throughout the majority of her professional career, Valerie has focused on supporting both individuals and couples across all stages of life in residential and day program settings. Within this field, she gained invaluable experience addressing a wide range of psychiatric disorders, including but not limited to schizophrenia, addiction, and personality disorders. Valerie is also extensively trained and experienced in the treatment of anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, stress management, identity issues, self-esteem issues, and grief and bereavement across all age groups.
Valerie’s treatment modalities include Crisis Intervention, Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy (ABA), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and her clients often describe her style as gentle, relatable, and intuitive.
