Valerie Graf
Valerie Graf, a Licensed Master Social Worker, holds a wealth of experience spanning various settings and diverse populations. Her academic journey commenced at SUNY Oneonta, where she pursued a major in Child and Family Studies as an undergraduate. During her four-year tenure abroad, Valerie actively contributed to the Gender and Resource Center, while also spearheading fundraising efforts for St. Jude during her study abroad program in Peru. Furthering her education by attaining a Masters in Social Work from Stony Brook University, Valerie dedicated herself to combating substance abuse among adolescents, and embarked on impactful projects in both Haiti and Costa Rica.
Throughout the majority of her professional career, Valerie has focused on supporting both individuals and couples across all stages of life in residential and day program settings. Within this field, she gained invaluable experience addressing a wide range of psychiatric disorders, including but not limited to schizophrenia, addiction, and personality disorders. Valerie is also extensively trained and experienced in the treatment of anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, stress management, identity issues, self-esteem issues, and grief and bereavement across all age groups.

Flor Villagran, LMHC, is a licensed bilingual mental health counselor who has amassed several years of experience providing clients with psychotherapy in both English and Spanish. She employs Motivational Interviewing techniques to foster clients’ intrinsic motivation to change unhelpful behaviors. Flor also draws upon Psychodynamic therapy to explore how past experiences might be influencing current behaviors and emotions, assisting clients in gaining self-awareness and resolving internal conflicts.
